Mike Sandoz is a Registered Landman (RL) with more than 20 years in U.S. mineral title and unpatented mining-claim research, and a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL). He founded ChoraQuest, LLC and its mining-claims intelligence platform, ClaimWatch, and provides editorial oversight for Stake & Paper’s mining, mineral-title, land, and energy coverage. His work is BLM-, PLSS-, and 43 CFR-literate across the western United States. Based in Atlanta, Georgia.
